Dominic - You have a likeable personality, which is essential for television viewing. Your audience could also be those not so familiar with the kitchen and who cannot be bothered to read cooking manuals by the Culinary Institute of America. A good explanation and demonstration of mise en place. I will keep my fingers crossed for you.
